How it works:
  1. The Card: You purchase hours 10 hours at a time, like a “coffee card” from your favorite coffee spot.
  2. Your Specialist: You’ll be assigned to one of our Automation Specialists who will manage all aspects of the work flow for you.
  3. All work is client-directed. You’ll provide us with a Work Request and Spec Sheet and your assigned specialist will respond with an estimate of the time required and an anticipated number of business days to complete. Once you sign off on these items, work begins.
  4. Tracking. Your automation specialist will also provide detailed per-project tracking on the spec sheet associated with each work request. You’ll be able to track your balance as well as re-up your card with one click from your client portal.
  5. Contracts & Limitations. There are no contracts, and hours are good for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
