How the Program Works
This program aims to increase visibility and engagement and grow the list. In most cases, the scope required can be completed and launched within 90 days (3 months). Pricing for this program starts at $3200/month, but Shift faculty receive a discounted rate of $2500 per month.
Our work together will begin with an audit of your business’s marketing assets, including your website, CRM and/or marketing automation system, current database, your social channels, and existing content. We’ll also discuss and establish your goal for your Shift course and for your business in general. Once we have these goals as markers, we will develop a plan of action and a Scope of Work that gets you there.
Every package includes the following:
- A minimum of 4 marketing strategy and guidance sessions via Zoom – all sessions are recorded and available perpetually through our client portal
- A copy of the audit including findings and recommendations that may not be covered under the scope of the project
- All working and final documents related to developing the marketing collateral
- Recorded training sessions via Zoom for you and/or your team
- Additional training and video SOPs via Loom
- Everything that is required to implement and launch the Scope of Work, including repurposing existing content as needed but excluding creating original audience-facing content
- A private Slack channel for project updates, discussion, file sharing, etc.
- A 30-day post-launch period during which we continue to provide tech and strategic support as needed
