  • Create Tag Categories according to the ConvertMORE proprietary conversion-centric tag category system
  • Create custom tags as dictated by the imported database and apply to migrated contacts
  • Set up and organize Contact Custom Fields according to our proprietary system
  • Create new custom fields as dictated by the important database and apply to migrated contacts
  • Set up referral partner defaults (optional)
  • Set up referral partner commission program (optional)


  • Hande all email authentication
  • Set up branded email templates


  • Set up Campaign Categories according to our proprietary system
  • Migrate or Set up 3 starter campaigns choosing from the following:
    • A primary lead generation campaign 
    • A lead nurture campaign 
    • A basic sales funnel campaign (lead gen to primary sale)
    • An evergreen webinar campaign (counts as 2 and requires additional software)
    • A course or program delivery campaign
    • A subscription management campaign (for businesses using Memberium)
  • Set up Universal Purchase Actions Campaign
  • Set up a Contact Us campaign for support submissions (optional)


  • Migrate existing or set up new products (up to 20)
  • Set up payment processors (a merchant account + standard PayPal)
  • Set up global failed payment automation
  • Set up Quotes, Invoices, and Receipts templates with brand details
  • Set up order form template
  • Set up order forms for up to 5 existing products
  • Set up primary mobile responsive order form template on Spiffy OG (optional)


  • Add lead gen forms to the site based on the chosen campaigns under “MARKETING CAMPAIGNS”
  • Add Order Form links to existing sales pages
  • Integrate Gravity Forms with Keap (optional)
  • Add tracking code for Lead Source attribution
  • Memberium integration (optional)


  • Export and organize the database from the current system (Note: we will provide guidance based on the specifics of your system and database complexity.)
  • Copy, content, images, and other brand-specific requirements
  • Order history migration*
  • Active and/or canceled subscription migration*
  • Credit Card migration*

* Migration of financially sensitive data requires a special security clearance and must be done by the migration team at Keap.
