Congratulations on your decision to make HubSpot the center of your marketing and sales automation tech stack.

Here is what’s included in your setup and onboarding:

 

ADMIN

  • Addition and setup of up to 3 CORE and 5 View seats
  • Ensure all billing and account information is correct and presented to satisfy all legal requirements as dictated by your business, including CANN-SPAM requirements
  • Integration of up to 3 tech platforms via direct integration, when available, or Zapier. *Note: API integration is an additional fee. 

CRM

  • Migrate up to 10,000 contacts from your current database. Additional contacts are +$50/1000.
  • Create custom Contact and Deal Property Categories for organizing Properties based on our proprietary system, and as required for the business needs
  • Create custom Properties as dictated by the imported database and apply properties to migrated contacts
  • Create standard Lists for global database management (6 Lists) plus up to 20 custom lists
  • Create List Folders for organizing Lists based on our proprietary system, and as required for the business needs

EMAIL MARKETING

  • Hande all email domain authentication
  • Setup of contact-facing Subscriptions enabling contacts to manage their email preferences
  • Setup of up to 3 branded email templates
  • Setup of a designated Workflow for list hygiene based on industry best practices and company parameters

MARKETING WORKFLOWS

  • Set up Workflow Folders for organizing Workflows based on our proprietary system, and as required for the business needs
  • Migrate or create new up to 3 workflows, choosing from the following:
    • A primary lead generation workflow 
    • A lead nurture workflow 
    • An evergreen webinar workflow (counts as 2 and requires additional software)
    • A course or program delivery workflow
    • A product onboarding workflow
  • Set up a Contact Us workflow for support submissions (optional)

SALES PIPELINES & DEALS

  • Build out up to 2 custom sales Pipelines, including all Pipeline Workflow automation as available based on the HubSpot product level 
  • Set up up to 3 paid Sales users and up to 5 non-paid Sales users, including notifications as dictated by the Pipeline flow
  • Set up Deal views as required for effective management of each of the sales pipelines

E-COMMERCE

  • Integrate with the existing e-commerce platform via direct integration, when available, or Zapier when not

WEBSITE INTEGRATION

  • Add lead gen forms to the site based on the chosen campaigns under “MARKETING WORKFLOWS”
  • Integrate Gravity Forms with HubSpot (optional)
  • Add tracking code for Lead Source attribution

STRATEGIC PREP, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, TEAM TRAINING

  • Strategic kickoff Zoom session during which we garner a complete-as-possible picture of your business needs, including customer journey, unique legal considerations, must-haves, etc.
  • CMC will create a migration map and timeline based on the information gathered during this meeting.
  • A follow-up Zoom session to review the setup map and timeline, address questions, and provide additional support as needed including…
  • Documentation and best practices for preparing the current database for migration, including Templates, Checklists, and Worksheets as required
  • Project management cross-team interface via Slack connect (if available) or a private channel on ConvertMORE’s Slack account
  • Loom-hosted micro-trainings on various aspects of working in the application, created using industry best practices and our proprietary processes. These are provided in a shared folder to which you will have perpetual access.
  • Up to 3 final team training sessions hosted on Zoom, during which we will cover all aspects for included team members and shareholders for using your new HubSpot Sales and Marketing system.
  • Perpetual and download access to all session/meeting recordings
  • 30 days of full-scope post-launch support, which includes troubleshooting and fixes, additional dev** to fine-tune the agreed-upon inclusions, additional Loom micro-trainings for the team, and Slack-based Q/A.

**Limited to structures built under the scope of the setup. New development may be secured at a reduced rate for up to 90 days post-launch.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Export and organize the database from the current system (Note: we will provide comprehensive guidance based on the specifics of your current system.)
  • Copy, content, images, and other brand-specific requirements
  • Order history migration*
  • Active and/or canceled subscription migration*
  • Credit Card or similarly security-sensitive data*

*Data migrations that include or potentially include financially sensitive information must be handled through secure channels with specific authorization.
