How it works:

1. The Card: You purchase hours 10 hours at a time, like a “coffee card” from your favorite coffee spot.
2. Your Specialist: You’ll be assigned to an Automation Specialist who will manage all aspects of the workflow for you. Work may be distributed to various members of our team as needed, but you’ll have a single point of contact with your Automation Specialist.
3. All work is client-directed. You’ll submit a work request form, and your assigned specialist will respond with an estimated time to completion, and work begins upon your approval.
4. Tracking. We provide detailed tracking for all requests via G-sheet. You’ll be able to track your balance and re-up your card with one click from our client portal.
5. Contracts & Limitations. There are no contracts, and hours are good for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
