How it works:
- The Card: You purchase hours 10 hours at a time, like a “coffee card” from your favorite coffee spot.
- Your Specialist: You’ll be assigned to an Automation Specialist who will manage all aspects of the workflow for you. Work may be distributed to various members of our team as needed, but you’ll have a single point of contact with your Automation Specialist.
- All work is client-directed. You’ll submit a work request form, and your assigned specialist will respond with an estimated time to completion, and work begins upon your approval.
- Tracking. We provide detailed tracking for all requests via G-sheet. You’ll be able to track your balance and re-up your card with one click from our client portal.
- Contracts & Limitations. There are no contracts, and hours are good for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
